Wine Review: This very pale straw colored dry-styled Riesling from Trimbach opens waxy petrol and apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a green apple, ginger and chalky mineral blend with hints of apricot and nectarine pit. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. I would serve this Riesling slightly chilled with swordfish kabobs or fried clams. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A beautiful straw color with green edges with a fine mineral fragrance of ginger and caraway seed under ripe pineapple and flowers. Flavors of white peach, quince and lemon on the palate with a lingering, clean and dry finish. Pairs perfectly with marinated or grilled fish and sushi.
