Wine Review: This straw dry-styled Riesling from Trimbach is very good. It opens with a pleasant beeswax bouquet with hints of ginger and Squirt soda. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, smooth, and juicy. The flavor profile is chalky mineral influenced Meyer lemon with notes of nectarine and pineapple. I also detected hints of lime and saline towards the finish. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and last for a while. This Riesling was liked by all that tried it. I would pair it with seared sea scallops or sushi. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Elegant, dry, and precise. Pairs best with shellfish, seafood, pork, poultry, veal and pastas.
