Wine Review: This Riesling from Trimbach is almost clear colored. If anything, there is a tinge of pale straw. It opens with a fragrant petrol bouquet with notes of lemon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, delicate and clean. The flavor profile is mild grapefruit, green apple and mineral blend. We also detected notes of gentle ginger, lychee and lemon curd mixed in. The finish is dry and it drifts away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Riesling with chicken scallopini. Enjoy - KWGTP
