Wine Review: This white gold colored Riesling opens with petrol and kiwi shoe polish bouquet with a hint of lemon zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The flavor profile is a lemon and green apple blend notes of chamomile tea, lime zest and rosemary. We also detected a hint of peach pit at the very end. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. The Panel would pair this Riesling with crab cakes or a pork schnitzel. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A beautiful straw color with green edges with a fine mineral fragrance of ginger and caraway seed under ripe pineapple and flowers. Flavors of white peach, quince and lemon on the palate with a lingering, clean and dry finish. Pairs perfectly with marinated or grilled fish and sushi.
