Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored red blend from the Trump winery in Virginia opens with a black cherry and stewed plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, smooth, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle blackberry and crushed stone minerality with note of stewed plum and tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors and dusty tannins stick around for a very long time.
