Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Shiraz from Two Hands opens with a boysenberry and black cherry bouquet with hints of blueberry and cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced plum with notes of boysenberry and blackberry. The finish is dry and its fine grain tannins drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this very nice Shiraz with a Carolina pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Color: Deep, dark red with a black core and purple hue
Aroma: Deep set aromas of red currant to blackberry with notes of incense, Christmas spice, and warm lavender oil.
Taste: The intensity of and vibrancy of this wine hits you with a wall of flavor.
