Wine Review: This bright red Pinot Noir from Twomey opens with a fragrant red raspberry and pomegranate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused red raspberry with notes of ripe wild strawberry. I also detected a hint of gentle cedar. The finish is dry and subtly drifts away nicely. I would pair this very nice Pinot with a cedar plank salmon. Enjoy - Ken

Aromas: Wild berry, mushroom, forest floor, white gardenia, coriander
Palate: Dark entry with a strong and bold touch, red clay-iron, cherry extract, coffee and root beer, with good viscosity and depth
Mouthfeel: Mature tannins
Finish: Great structure and midpalate develops to a strong finish
Pairings: Fancy Croque Monsieur - pork belly on fresh brioche with nutmeg bechamel
