Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine from Côtes de Provence opens with a tangerine and dried strawberry bouquet with a hint of linens and light grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, bright and delicate. The flavor profile is a chalky minerality, saline and stone fruit blend with notes of white peach. We also detected a hint of pink grapefruit. The finish is dry and refreshing. We would pair this Rose with a chicken pot pie with spring vegetables. Enjoy – Ken & Mark

Winemaker Notes: Color: Delicate & vibrant pale pink that has copper tinges.
Nose: A unique combination of classic Provençal raspberry, blood orange, berry pie, fresh violet and geranium.
Taste: Leads with white pepper, very savory, intense, great texture, and weight from the Syrah. Red berries pop out after it opens up. A touch of Rolle gives great acidity and brightness that lends notes of winter citrus, spice with a warm finish across the entire palate. A red wine drinker's rosé.
Pairings: The spicy notes will compliment a sweet n spicy BBQ. Perfect with grilled chicken & vegetable skewers. Ultimate Provence will also pair extremely well with charcuterie, grilled fish, and sushi.
