Wine Review: This dark ruby red colored blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and opens with an inviting bold black raspberry, plum and cedar bouquet with herbal and mineral notes. On the palate, this wine is smooth and juicy with balanced tannins and oak. The flavor profile is black raspberry, cherry, licorice and herbal and mineral notes. The pleasant finish is dusty, dry and brief. I would recommend pairing this Italian red blend with chicken parmesan with linguine. – Joe

Winemaker Notes: Intense red, with purplish highlights. Long-lingering flavors, with pronounced wild red berry fruit. Velvet-smooth and soft, quite elegant and beautifully proportioned. Wine suitable for the whole meal, paired with local first courses, cold meats, and both red and white meat.
