Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Pinot Gris in can opens with a lemon zest, almond and funky petrol bouquet with some hints of pineapple. On the palate, medium bodied, slightly acidic, mouthwatering and slightly off-dry. The flavor profile is a crushed stone and lemon-lime blend with hints of almond, yellow grapefruit, saline and a dash of white pepper mixed in. The finish is dry and it lingers for a bit. This canned Pinot Gris would be a nice summer wine to serve chilled at the beach with a grilled fish taco. Enjoy – Ken (Price above is for 4-375 ml cans = 2 bottles)
