Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine opens with a mild wet stone and faint strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and soft. Like the bouquet, the flavor profile is a mild mineral and light strawberry blend with hints of faint raspberry. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would pair this nice Rose with steamed mussels. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A bright and shiny pink rosé with hints of rose gold. Fresh and youthful aromas of wild strawberry, white blossoms and raspberry with hints of white pepper from the Syrah grape. Juicy and well-structured, this dry rose offers tart cherry and floral notes with minerality and some spice on the finish.
