Wine Review: This pleasantly sweet wine is pale yellow colored and has a few bubbles. It opens with a fragrant peach bouquet with hints of fig. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, effervescent, and easy going. The flavor profile is ripe peach with hints of grapefruit and iced tea. The finish is sweet and refreshing. The panel thought this would be a nice summer dessert wine and it would pair well with strawberry shortcake. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Lighter-bodied, not as carbonated, lower in alcohol and with just a little sweetness. We gave ours a screw cap to keep it all in. Give it a quick twist and the wine fills the glass with aromas of orange blossom and a delicate, just-enough-sweet softness from its tiny bubbles to give a wonderful textural sensation. What follows is simply delicious!
