Wine Review: This purplish-red colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with an attractive blueberry bouquet with hints of craisin. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and delicate. The flavor profile is a tasty mild blueberry with notes for fine grained minerality, plum and a hint of teaberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins and fruit show nice length. This Cab is ready to go now. I would serve it with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
