Wine Review: This translucent red colored Zinfandel opens with a brambly berry bouquet with a hint of eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile like the nose features lots of black and blue berries along with notes of fig and oak. I also detected some hints of chai mixed in as well. The finish is dry and its flavors and gentle tannins fade away nicely. This Zin is pretty food friendly. I would pair it with Memphis style dry rub ribs. Enjoy - Ken
