Wine Review: This carnation pink colored wine presents with aromas of Macoun apple, lemon rind and rose hips with notes of cedar and graphite. On the palate, there are fresh-picked strawberry and sweet cherry flavors supported by snappy acidity and cool minerality. This wine is medium-bodied, and it appeals to the Rose drinker who prefers drier, more tannic expressions. It can be taken through multiple food courses, like a starter of insalata mista with goat cheese and on to an entrée of pasta ala Carbonara.
