Wine Review: This clear bright yellow colored Chardonnay opens with golden delicious apple and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright and rich. The flavor profile is a toasted oak influenced grilled pineapple and bartlett pear blend with notes of butterscotch. I also detected hints of mango, butter and vanilla. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and last for a very long time. If you like this opulent style of California Chardonnay, you are really going to like this wine. I would pair it with lobster bisque. Enjoy - Ken
