Wine Review: This pale copper colored Rose from Anderson Valley opens with a strawberry, wet slate, and lime zest bouquet with a hint of pink grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, slightly creamy, juicy, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is stony mineral influenced nectarine with notes of pineapple. We also detected some hints of grapefruit, watermelon, and white pepper in the mix. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity show very nice length. The Tasting Panel would pair this Rose with a classy fish taco with a tropical salsa. Enjoy – KWGTP
