Wine Review: This opaque and pitch-black colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a boysenberry bouquet with hints of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is black currant and graphite blend with notes of oak. I also detected hints of black olive mixed in. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are nicely extended. This Cab would pair well with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
