Wine Review: This wine was all over the place. The nose made you believe that it was going to be an oak-bomb because that is all that I could smell. But it was like the wine mutated because it couldn't be further from that. The mouth was coated with layers of flavors that ranged from tropical fruits to touches of baking spices. The finish is reminiscent of a Chardonnay from Macon but with a lemon-infused mineral water finish that lingered for quite some time. This unique offering from Spain would shine with either shellfish or with grilled pork loin. - Nicolay
