Wine Review: This entry level red blend is pretty good and interesting. It opens with a mild plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe plum with hints of earthy herbs like thyme. I also detected some mild oak and red currant. The finish is dry and friendly. This wine is a good everyday wine that will appeal to Zin fans. I would pair it with barbecue chicken. Enjoy - Ken
