Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Torrontes opens with a faint peach bouquet with a hint of green grapes. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a mild Anjou pear with notes of minerality. I also detected a hint of white pepper and lime. The finish is dry and its fades away nicely. You will find this wine to be food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with linguini and clam broth. Enjoy - Ken
