Wine Review: This fun white wine would be a perfect aperitif for your holiday parties. It is almost clear with just a hint of straw coloration. It opens with a mild green pear bouquet with a hint of green grape. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly effervescent, and lively on the palate. The flavor profile is a ripe lemon-lime blend with a hint of tangerine and lychee. The finish is slightly sweet and its flavors linger nicely. You can serve it with broiled scallop appetizers. For a twist on a hot day, try serving it over ice with a slice of lime. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: New Age White is a light yellow-green colored wine, with fruity and floral aromas of great intensity. Balanced acidity leads to soft, semi-sweet and slightly effervescent flavors and mouth feel. It is an extremely refreshing, vivacious and sensual wine. This wine should be served well-chilled as an aperitif or dessert. Also tastes great with spicy Thai, Indian, Chinese or Japanese cuisine.
