Wine Review: This ruby colored Barbera d’Asti opens with a red cherry and cedar bouquet with hints of eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is a tasty mild tart cherry with notes of gentle oak and dried herbs. I also detected hints of red raspberry and minerality mixed in. The finish is dry and its mild friendly tannins drift away nicely. This Barbera is very versatile and food friendly. I would pair it with a three-meat lasagna. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ruby purple color with ripe red cherry aromas with hints sweet spices. A dry, medium bodied red wine with refreshing acidity, the Barbera d'Asti Tre Vigne is well-balanced with good integration of oak, good complexity and a long finish of red cherries.
Food Pairings: Antipasti, rich salads, grilled seasoned vegetables, hearty soups, pasta, pork, chicken with light sauces.
