Wine Review: This straw colored dry-styled Riesling opens with rubber soul, kerosene, and honey bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with nicely integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is round and kinda creamy. The flavor profile is stony mineral influenced green apple and chamomile tea blend with notes of walnut and honey. We also detected hints of white peach with a touch of lime. The finish is dry and subtly fades away. The Panel would pair this Riesling pecan crusted chicken or roast pork with baked apples.
