Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Gris from Germany is very good and a solid value. It opens with a fresh Anjou pear and light lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and zesty. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tart lime with notes of yellow grapefruit and saline. The finish is dry and refreshing. This good value Pinot Gris would pair well with grilled lemon pepper chicken. Enjoy - Ken
