Wine Review: This aromatic and zippy Riesling from the Paltz region of Germany is a pale white gold color and has a fragrant bouquet of green apple, wet slate, honeydew melon, lemon blossom and beeswax. I found it to be medium-plus bodied with medium-plus acidity, It's balanced, mouthwatering, silky, and crisp. There are flavors of lemon, green apple, white peach, and crushed stone with a note of tangerine. The finish is refreshing, mineral driven and long. Crack open a lightly chilled bottle and keep the raw bar coming! - Mark
