Wine Review: This ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina opens with a fragrant ripe boysenberry and black raspberry jam bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe red plum, black tea and flinty minerality blend with notes ripe red raspberry and tangy pomegranate. The finish is a bit prolonged with its flavors and mild tannins lingering. This Cabernet would pair well with Chinese pork ribs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep ruby red. Aromas of ripe red and forest fruits integrate with spicy notes of tobacco and eucalyptus. Concentrated flavors round out the palate, supported and firm, yet fine tannins.
