Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon based blend opens with an espresso and black cherry bouquet with hints of dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright, and fresh for a Cab driven wine. The flavor profile is craisin and black plum blend with notes cocoa and oak. I also detected some hints of pomegranate and stone dust. The finish is dry, and its flavors and fine tannins fade away nicely. I would pair this food friendly red blend with homemade meatloaf. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep ruby red with dark tones. Aromas of sweet spices, roasted red pepper, cloves and dark chocolate. On the palate it is balanced and juicy with sweet tannins and a long finish.
