Wine Review: This inky midnight blue colored Petite Sirah opens with a faint blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a blend of blueberry and gentle blackberry with hints of oak, boysenberry and black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins hang on for quite a while. This very nice Petite Sirah would pair well with a Kona encrusted steak. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This medium to full-bodied Petite Sirah features aromas of boysenberry, dried cherries and dark chocolate that unfold into a quenching finish with creamy tannins. Pairing suggestions: Lamb, braised short ribs, your favorite cut of beef or even dark chocolate.
