Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Burgundy is very good. It opens with new leather and red cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, elegant and super smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild red raspberry and plum blend with nicely integrated subtle oak. I also detected a hint of pomegranate and nutmeg. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. I would have this terrific Pinot with beef carpaccio. Enjoy - Ken
