Wine Review: This slightly hazy and light straw colored Mtsvame from Georgia opens with a fragrant pear and almond bouquet with hints of rose petals. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with notes of medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a quince and marzipan blend with notes of Bosc pear and chamomile tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely.
