Wine Review: Pale straw in color, this Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills opens with chamomile, white tea and pineapple aromas. On the palate, this wine is medium-bodied and succulent with dominant honeydew melon and clementine flavors reinforced by loganberry, apricot, wildflower honey and lemon flavors. This has a pleasing citrusy mouthfeel and it strikes a very good balance between fruit, acidity and minerality. The juicy fruit flavors last for some time on the exit. Consider pairing this skillfully crafted wine with savory raw bar selections like halibut ceviche with dill and cucumber or flounder crudo with pistachio and mint. – Jeoff

Winemaker Notes: The 2018 H Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of nettle, lime zest and papaya.
