Wine Review: The Volage Rose is a light rose color with a tint of orange. The bubbles are fine but dissipated quickly. This is the definition of poolside sparkling wine. There was enough flavor through the front and middle of the palate and just the right amount of acidity on the finish. Raspberries, strawberries, hints of rosemary, and touches of quince made up the majority of the flavor profile. The finish did add hints of slate and some savory herbs, but the acidity is what kept this wine crisp, clean, and refreshing from start to finish. Would pair well with grilled salmon. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Fresh strawberry and floral notes, juicy raspberry on the palate, elegant, refined and delicate, tasty minerality and a tingly finish. Pair as an aperitif, with a tuna tartar or a shrimp cocktail.
