Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a very fragrant and attractive peach and Anjou pear like bouquet with a hint of fresh dough. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a pleasant blend of light pear and minerality. There is a hint of lime and fig in the background as well. The finish is dry, clean, and pleasant. This wine would pair well with linguine with a garlic clam sauce. Enjoy – Ken
