Wine Review: This light yellow colored Gewurz opens with a fragrant Bosc Pear and wet stone like bouquet with a hint of lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, brisk, crisp and lively. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lychee with notes tangy tangerine and a hint of lemon and white pepper. The finish is semi dry and quickly dissipates. This Gewurztraminer from the Finger Lakes shows of some nice characteristics of the grape. It would pair well with five fruit chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Vibrant floral and spice aromas with a touch of vanilla on the nose are followed by orange blossom, lychee and clove on the palate. This wine finishes long with a touch of honey and a lingering full mouth feel.
