Wine Review: This light straw colored blend opens with a fragrant pear and apricot bouquet with hints of lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and a bit viscous. The flavor profile is a pleasant Bosc pear with notes mild minerality and lemon. I also detected a hint of white pepper and pineapple. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this wine with steamed mussels in a garlic broth or with a baked Dover sole. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This beautiful blend of two star varietals of the Finger Lakes commemorates our 35th anniversary. Both Riesling and Gewurztraminer show off their big aromatics with a nose that's both intensely floral and fruity at the same time. Rich, yet lively, on the palate with a finish that doesn't stop.
