Wine Review: This pale straw colored Dessert wine opens with a lime and green apple bouquet with a hint of duck sauce. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe pineapple and green apple blend with hints of lemon verbena and golden raisin. The finish is semi-sweet and lingers nicely. Our group suggested pairing it with Stu’s peach cobbler. Enjoy - Ken
