Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a lime zest and pear bouquet with a hint of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and bright. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple and stony minerality blend with notes of lime and yellow grapefruit. I also detected some hints of Anjou pear. The finish is dry and refreshing.
