Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from South Australia opens with an earthy ripe plum, black raspberry and pomegranate bouquet with hints of cedar and spice. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth and displays slightly elevated acidity. The flavor profile features light red fruit including plum and cherries along with hints of chocolate, spices and dry herbs. The finish is pleasant, dry and its soft balanced tannins linger. I recommend pairing this good value Cab with chicken parmesan on a crusty Italian bread roll with sesame seeds. - Joe
