Wine Review: This clear and light red colored Pinot Noir from Wapisa opens with a pomegranate and red raspberry bouquet with hints of dried herbs and cinnamon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, fresh, and delicate. The flavor profile is a gentle red plum and green tea blend with notes of red cherry and strawberry. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity fade away nicely.
