Wine Review: This is a straw-colored port with nutmeg, grilled orange and toasted almond on the nose. It is a dessert type wine, full bodied, sweet but with juicy acidity and smooth. Flavors of white raisin, prune and brown bread compete with the alcohol but remain a very long time in the finish. Serve it with fresh berries and cream or a hard cheese plate as a nice conclusion to your meal. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Warre's Fine White is medium dry. It has pale straw color with crisp flowery aromas, fresh almonds on the palate and a long tangy finish. Serve chilled to enhance the crisp fruit flavors. Equally delicious served as an aperitif or with light desserts.
