Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chardonnay from William Fevre opens with a gentle pineapple and lime zest bouquet with hints of jasmine flower and saline. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, delicate, and fresh. The flavor profile is a light lime and saline blend with notes of green apple and chalky minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors and refreshing acidity drifts away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Chard with chicken piccata, monkfish with a herb brown butter, or with oysters. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Tasting Note: Very aromatic bouquet, combining fruity and floral notes. Nicely elegant palate that blends power, raciness and roundness.
The Perfect Pairing: Bresse Chicken with tarragon sauce.
