Wine Review: This brilliant, bright red colored Pinot Noir from the Dundee Hills opens with a maraschino cherry bouquet with hints of strawberry, sage and cedar. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic, smooth and elegant. The flavor profile is a rhubarb and pomegranate blend with notes of light oak and cinnamon. We also detected hints of red currant and green tea. The finish is dry and its flavors and gentle tannins drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Pinot with grilled tilapia or tuna sushi. Enjoy - KWGTP
