Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Winderlea opens with an attractive cola and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with zesty plus acidity. The flavor profile is initially a tart plum with notes of cranberry and red currant. I also detect hints of Chinese five spice. The finish is refreshing and fades away nicely. This Pinot benefits a lot from some aeration. It would pair well with turkey and cranberry sauce dinner. Enjoy – Ken
