Wine Review: This light-yellow colored Riesling from Germany opens with a fragrant white peach and yellow grapefruit bouquet with a hint of chamomile and kiwi. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lime and white peach blend with notes of pineapple, green apple, and saline. I also detected some green tea, candied ginger, and crushed stone in the aftertaste. The finish is off-dry, and its acidity and flavors linger for quite some time. I would pair this quaffable Riesling with broiled scallops with a lime drizzle sauce. Enjoy - Ken & Joe
