Wine Review: This dark ruby red blend from Argentina opens with a delicate, yet attractive mild black raspberry with a hint of blueberry and eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and quite fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe boysenberry and black raspberry blend with notes of menthol. There is also a hint of mild oak on the back palate. The finish is dry and its mild fine grain tannins are very subtle. This is a very flavorful wine. It was a fantastic pairing with my Kobe bacon burger with Havarti. Enjoy - Ken
