Wine Review: This yellow colored Torrontes is a quite a value at $14. It is yellow colored and opens with a fragrant lychee and peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and clean. The flavor profile is lychee with notes of mango and pineapple. There was also a hint of spice detected as well. The finish is dry, crisp, and refreshing. I would pair this Torrontes with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense yellow greenish color. Delicate and unique nose, full of white flowers such as roses and citrus blossoms. Also notes of mature white fruits and citrus zest. Well structured with lively acidity but the wine is centered around the aromatic intensity and delicate finish. This wine is great as aperitif and a perfect match to Asian food, fish dishes and with fresh salads. Ruben Ruffo - Winemaker
