Wine Review: This faint straw-colored Chardonnay from Argentina is very good. It opens with faint oak and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and delicate with well-managed pleasant acidity. The flavor profile is a gentle lemon with notes of white tea and white peach. I also detected a hint of golden delicious apple. The finish is dry and refreshing for a Chard. This Chard is food friendly and would pair well with pan-seared scallops with a lemon butter sauce. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aroma: Aromas of spiced apple and butterscotch.
Flavor: A high-energy palate comes straight from the terroir. Lightly buttery baked apple and peach flavors are pure and steady on a firm, balanced finish.
