Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Malbec from Zuccardi is very good. It opens with a mild boysenberry bouquet with a hint of balsam. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe red raspberry with notes of strawberry and cedar. We also detected hints of red plum and green tea. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate dusty tannins stick around for quite some time. This Malbec is food friendly and would pair well with Theresa's homemade meatloaf. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This Malbec is red colored with violet hues. Expresses a great herbal character on the nose with notes of fresh red fruits. Wet-stone feeling on the palate with lively acidity and subtlety of tannins in the mouth. A very long and deep wine.
