Wine Review: This Italian Chardonnay from the Puglia region is a very pale white gold color with a light bouquet of honeycomb, Bosc pear, woodsy spice, and quince. On the palate, there is plus acidity, medium body, and nice balance. I found it to be crisp, clean, round, and velvety, with no buttery influences from oak. There are flavors of tart green apple, pineapple, stony minerality, and tangerine with herbal notes. I also detected a hint of white pepper towards the end. The finish is refreshing and very long lasting. Serve with lemon stuffed roasted Branzino. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: This is an Organic Chardonnay wine, with a straw yellow color and green hints. On the nose, its elegant aromatic bouquet is reminiscent of floral mimosa notes, with fruity and citrus aromas. On the palate, its slightly acid balance makes it fresh and long. It perfectly matches with raw fish, shellfish and season salads.
